Do you worry endlessly whether you will make it safe to a destination?
Do you worry about your loved ones whenever they are apart from you?
Do you worry about what to do next?
Do you worry about the tragedy that striked you and you feel overwhelmed?
Do you worry about what other people might think of you?
Do you worry and feel anxious because you have just lost everything?
The Lord said: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." (John 14:27)
Cling unto Him and refuse to give in to negativity and darkness. Surrender all to Him. For whatever that shall fall on you will pass in time. There is a purpose for every trial and tribulation.

and here he said something wise and something that makes sense in
Let us not fret, worry and be overwhelmed by all the stress and cares of life. Let us continue to trust God that He will bring us out of this dark hole that we are in and trust that He will bring goodness out of all the darkness that has fallen upon us.
May God bless and keep you.
